Sculpt 101

Gain the strength and stability needed to lay the foundation of your DanceBody. This low impact class is perfect for all levels, ages, and life phases. Using light weights, a resistance band, and a Hex Mat®, you can expect easy to follow, methodical movement.

Signature 101

A great "first timers" dance cardio class. Expect easy to follow moves that will introduce you to our style, while getting a great sweat.

 

Once you’ve mastered this class, you will be ready to give Signature a shot!

Signature

Experience the class that started it all. Signature showcases our set dances followed by full body sculpting. Every three months our choreography changes, giving you the ability to truly practice, perfect, and perform.

 

Give yourself 3-5 classes to get the moves.

Dance Express

Brain off, body on. Enjoy this 45-minute burst of dance cardio. Perfect if you’re looking for a sweaty, high intensity workout. Expect to see follow along style dances and intervals of toning throughout.

Sculpt Express

Experience 45 minutes of full body sculpting to the best music out there. In this class we use light weights,  resistance bands, and a Hex Mat® to reshape your body through unique movements only dancers can deliver.

Get a DanceBody, without all the dance. Our quick-paced Sculpt class uses light weights, resistance bands, and a Hex Mat® to tone and challenge your body.

 

Expect to see moves you've never seen, and feel muscles you didn't even know existed.

Full Out

A step up from our Signature class: same dances, fancier footwork. Challenge yourself with our set dances that showcase quicker transitions and movements. This class is sure to unleash your inner dancer.
