Starting January 1st, we’re challenging everyone to complete four weeks of dance cardio & sculpt workouts - but you don’t have to go it alone! If the past few years have taught us anything, it’s that we’re stronger together. You’ll get the support of an Accountability Trainer from the DanceBody team and a small crew of other DanceBody Babes to cheer you on and help you meet your goals. This challenge is all about starting the New Year strong with true accountability, effective movement, and a tight knit community.
Whether you’re joining us from home or attending classes in-studio, we're challenging you to complete 22 classes by the end of January.
